Preston Hudgins

Coach Preston graduated from Matthews High School where he played four years of varsity baseball as a catcher.

He developed a passion for strenth and conditioning during his time working with the conditioning coach of the Washington Mystics and Washington Wizards. He has been activley working to develop young athletes for over 5 years. He is currently a teacher at McLean High School where he teaches health and physical education.

Coach Preston is currently our Director of Player Performance and head coach of the 12U Rangers.
